How many pandas can one man singlehandedly adopt? According to Prince of Pandas Steven Seagal, "I have 16 pandas at home now. I don't see why I can't have 20 or 30. I'm certainly not stopping now. I love pandas." The burly bear of an action star developed his love of the black and white beauties several years ago while working on the film "Today You Die."
